Delivery & returns
Our refund and returns policy is 30 days from the date purchased. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund, if you have any issues please contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return you must enclose a note in your return with the order number and your contact telephone and email.
Returns
You can return an order if it is not right for you within our 30 day policy from the date purchased. The order would need to be returned in this window, unless we have been notified otherwise.
In your return make a note of your order number, your name and contact email and phone number. We do not offer free returns (unless faulty, damaged or incorrect order received). If an order is faulty the customer may be asked to purchase a returns label which would then be reimbursed when refunding the order. We do not have the ability to create a returns label for you. If you have an issues with your delivery you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the order, after this time we will not be take responsibility for the issue. We advise that the parcel returned is with a tracked or signed service, as we cannot accept any liability for parcel/s going missing before they arrive to us.

Returned items must be in a new unused condition and in their original packaging. We will not handle used, damaged, or dirty goods. Goods received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, if you have any issues with your return please contact help@bloom-in-box.com
Refunds
Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed. If after this time no refund has arrived please contact us at help@bloom-in-box.com.
Delays – There can be delays with your refund if the order has been returned without a covering note with your order number and details on. If you have returned without this, please contact us at help@bloom-in-box.com.
If the item has be returned not in its original condition we may not be able to refund your order, or you may get a partial refund. If the return is received after the 30 day policy the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@bloom-in-box.com.
Delivery and Shipping
All of our orders are sent with Evri, Royal Mail or DPD depending on item ordered. This is to ensure safe reliable delivery for all internet orders as all our tracked services.
All orders are dispatched in1-2 days, to ensue your order gets to you as quick as possible. All orders placed before 11pm will be dispatched the same day. We cannot guarantee orders placed after 11pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays or Bank Holidays.
All next day orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm. After 1pm we can not guarantee your order will be dispatched.
Items
If the item is out of stock we will contact you and give you the option to cancel or select an alternative if you would rather not wait.

UK Standard Delivery (2-5 Days) – Free on all orders
UK Next Day Delivery (excludes channel islands, northern Ireland and scottish highlands) – £5.99 (Orders are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays)
Free next day delivery on all orders over £25 if ordered before 1pm
Delays or problems with delivery
For any reason there is a delay with your order we will contact you to notify you of the delay and give you a new delivery arrival date.
If there are any problems with your delivery, items missing or damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at sales@bloom-in-box.com, if you do not notify us within 5 days of receiving the order we can not accept responsibility for the issue. Please keep hold of all packaging, delivery note and invoices. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours
